Technical Program Manager II, Solution Delivery, Google Data Center

Google Data Center (GDC) is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to join their Solution Delivery team. This role is crucial in delivering increased capacity to meet Google's internal and external customer demand. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll leverage your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. The position involves working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.

The role focuses on leading the delivery and implementation of construction-related tools for the global Google Data Center organization. You'll be responsible for maintaining existing tools and systems, driving integrations between construction-related systems, and developing an integrated construction management architecture. The position requires strong technical documentation skills, solution architecture design experience, and familiarity with software deployment processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in program management, with a background in technical solutions delivery and data center or facilities management. Experience with industry software tools such as CMMS, Maxima, Infor, SAP, CAD, PDM, PLM, or PMS systems is highly valued. The role offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $122,000-$178,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
