Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Program Manager III for their Capacity Planning Analytics team. This role is crucial in developing long-term data center demand planning systems and automations. The position involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver capacity planning processes and guide strategic infrastructure investment.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll leverage your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and maintain clear communication across teams. You'll need to be comfortable presenting analyses to executives while discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers.

The team is responsible for modeling and setting regional long-term demand plans and optimizing supply continuity through strategic infrastructure investment. You'll work closely with regional sales leads, product teams, demand planning, finance, networking, and software development teams.

Google Cloud serves customers in over 200 countries, helping organizations accelerate their digital transformation journey. The position offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $156,000-$229,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of program management experience, with a background in data center or cloud capacity planning. Strong analytical skills and experience with data science are essential. Additional preferred qualifications include experience in cross-functional project management, resource planning, and technical program management for supply chain/capacity management tool development.

  • Utilize analytical, program design, implementation, and operational knowledge to optimize processes and data, and drive the creation of a long-term build forecast
