Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager III, Cellular Device Quality, Platforms and Devices

  • Collaborate with modem systems, antenna, RF, and software teams to deliver high-quality Pixel products
  • Develop test plans for cellular system features, and validate Long Term Evolution (LTE) and NR system performance in conducted and Over-The-Air (OTA) test environments
  • Manage carrier RF validation and testing design, including fixture design, procedure development, debugging, testing, scheduling, verification of test results, and report generation and delivery
  • Identify and recommend creative ways to leverage or enhance existing practices
  • Engage in cross-functional team collaboration and manage carrier lab technical relations to achieve optimal device RF performance and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements For Technical Program Manager III, Cellular Device Quality, Platforms and Devices

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience in mobile device testing and validation, including 3GPP/3GPP2 standards
  • Experience analyzing and debugging LTE, NR, RF, antenna or desense issues
  • Experience using cellular chipset-specific logging and debugging tools
