  • Drive software engineering scoping, execution, and delivery amongst cross-organizational teams
  • Drive strategic and tactical decisions throughout all organizations and levels
  • Build consensus, drive projects, and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and collaborate globally to create more efficient processes and tools
  • Manage escalations and unblock obstacles, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of blockers and progress on a continuous basis
