  • Drive software engineering scoping, execution, and delivery amongst cross-organizational teams
  • Drive strategic and tactical decisions throughout all organizations and levels
  • Build consensus, drive projects, and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and collaborate globally to create more efficient processes and tools
  • Manage escalations and unblock obstacles, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of blockers and progress on a continuous basis

Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience driving technical programs in cloud infrastructure or software engineering domains
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Experience evaluating tradeoffs in resource management
  • Experience with technical program management outcomes from concept to launch
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in growing and changing environments
