Technical Program Manager III, Compliance, Google Cloud

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to join their Compliance team, focusing on helping governments and government customers meet their Google Cloud compliance goals. This role is part of the Cloud CISO Public Sector (CCPS) team, which builds on Google Cloud's core privacy and security measures to support public sector-specific requirements.

The position requires a strong background in program management and information security, with the successful candidate managing complex compliance and security initiatives. You'll work closely with various teams including product, engineering, sales, compliance, policy, and legal teams to ensure proper implementation and verification of security controls.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll leverage your technical expertise to lead multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. The role involves significant interaction with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and maintain clear communication across different functional areas.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in program management and a strong foundation in information security, compliance, audit, and IT risk management. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPP, GIAC) and experience with cloud technology and security best practices, particularly FedRAMP, IL5, DFARS, and PCI DSS.

Google offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $142,000 to $211,000 plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
