  • Collaborate with partners to streamline how deployment processes are built, maintained, and transformed over time including conducting technical process definition and analysis sessions with business subject matter experts
  • Maintain a relationship with reporting and analytics for performance metrics
  • Determine how and where the new tooling should be applied in existing workflows and works through the business logic
  • Communicate health, status, and actions to stakeholders including management and partner organizations
  • Identify and assess Continuous Improvement opportunities via qualitative feedback from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and process data to drive informed decision-making
