  • Identify and resolve gaps in current processes/tools needed to ensure a successful delivery of releases
  • Ensure alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Identify tools that lead to operational scalability for the internal team
  • Lead OEM collaboration on top quality areas and manage key issues across the organization

Requirements For Technical Program Manager III, Extended Reality Software, Augmented Reality

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience in consumer electronics or consumer products
  • Experience in software development
  • Experience in the design, implementation and delivery of scalable build/test/release infrastructure
  • Ability to be comfortable navigating through ambiguity
  • Ability to interact with highly technical stakeholders
