Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to join their Hardware Manufacturing NPI team within Cloud Infrastructure. Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager III, Hardware Manufacturing NPI, Cloud Infrastructure

  • Lead New Technology Introduction (NTI) Process, ensuring the execution of enabling manufacturing, test, and other key technologies in advance of New Product Introduction (NPI) development roadmaps
  • Work with functional stakeholders to refine and document NTI process flows, policies, roles, and responsibilities per the requirements of the business
  • Lead the delivery and maintenance of a portfolio of key technologies to enable advanced product designs
  • Push the boundaries of existing technologies and processes with supply chain partners
  • Lead critical Test Vehicle builds to validate Design of Experiments (DOEs) for manufacturing/test process parameter development

Requirements For Technical Program Manager III, Hardware Manufacturing NPI, Cloud Infrastructure

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience driving new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing initiatives for hardware products
  • Bachelor's degree of science in engineering, physics, materials science, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering (preferred)
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects (preferred)
  • Experience with thermal evacuation assembly technologies (preferred)
  • Experience in driving manufacturing technology development efforts during NPI on hardware products for data centers (preferred)
  • Experience with PCB/PCBA manufacturing technologies (preferred)
