Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager III, Intel and Abuse Escalations, Geo

  • Drive the continuous improvements to our escalation response processes to meet key Objectives and Key Results
  • Partner with key senior stakeholders in Engineering, Legal, Analytics and Public Relations to support our escalation responses
  • Leverage technical skills to identify system vulnerabilities to recommend mitigation strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional Intel teams to share abuse mitigation strategies
  • Leverage the excellent communication to ensure stakeholders and executive leadership have timely and accurate information on high profile escalations

Requirements For Technical Program Manager III, Intel and Abuse Escalations, Geo

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience in abuse escalation, incident response or security incident management
  • Experience with machine learning technology or platforms
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional situations - building consensus
  • Ability to debug issues of a technical nature, partnering with engineering teams
  • Excellent organization skills, along with experience in bug tracking and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate in multiple formats to various audiences
