Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to join their Material Demand Forecasting team within Cloud Networking. Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager III, Material Demand Forecasting, Cloud Networking

  • Manage the day-to-day operational and process improvement activities for Material Demand Planning
  • Generate monthly forecast of materials needed for networking equipment procurement
  • Work with Network Operations Supply Chain, NIE, and Technical Infrastructure Finance for forecast fulfillment
  • Work with Network Designers, Engineers, NOSC, TI Finance to manage NPI transitions
  • Partner with network engineering and field deploy teams to increase efficiencies

Requirements For Technical Program Manager III, Material Demand Forecasting, Cloud Networking

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience in demand planning, forecasting, transition planning, S&OP, or IBP
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting, and scripting using SQL or similar technologies
  • Knowledge of networking infrastructure languages
