Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead their Network Capacity NPI initiatives. This role sits within the Cloud Capacity Network Planning team, which owns network capacity planning for all of Cloud with a mission to support customers with industry-leading capacity experience at scale.

The position requires a blend of technical expertise and program management skills, focusing on new product introduction within cloud environments. You'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules. The role involves significant cross-functional collaboration and requires someone who can communicate effectively with both executives and engineers about technical matters.

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing onboarding processes for the capacity planning platform, creating standardized procedures, and driving system automation. You'll play a crucial role in scaling new products while optimizing resource allocation and ensuring the platform can handle increased demand.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of program management experience, with a strong background in network capacity, supply chain planning, or new product introduction.   • Lead the definition and onboarding of new Cloud Network Capacity products including defining the process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful launches
  • Develop and implement an onboarding process for the capacity planning platform
  • Drive the scaling of new products, identify and address issues, optimize resource allocation
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement, seek ways to enhance the onboarding process and platform capabilities
