Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager III, Optical Network Repair, Cloud Networking

  • Manage the Network repair team's goal planning and project tracking as well as drive and lead optical NPI projects
  • Coordinate between various cross-functional teams, set clear expectations about responsibilities, communicate with stakeholders, and measure success
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of internal teams to represent and advocate operational needs, as well as implement plans
  • Provide reporting, analysis, and improvements for human and network operational automation projects

Requirements For Technical Program Manager III, Optical Network Repair, Cloud Networking

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience troubleshooting optical networks
  • Experience working on Layer 1, 2, and 3 networking technologies
  • Experience in network automation software development
  • Experience with optical network planning and design or field operations in network data centers or colocation facilities
  • Knowledge of optical networking, including Fiber optics and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) technologies
