Google's Storage Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead and manage critical infrastructure initiatives. The position requires collaboration with various Storage teams, implementing processes, and driving programs for new service onboarding and reliability improvements.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll leverage your technical background to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from conception to completion. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and maintain clear communication with cross-functional partners across the company. The role offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $142,000-$211,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager III, Site Reliability, Storage

  • Support the Storage SRE programs and initiatives
  • Manage cross-functional programs across Storage teams by partnering with Site Reliability Engineers, Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, and Technical Program Managers
  • Promote project management best practices. Collaborate with SRE leadership to determine program direction-including scope definition, requirements gathering, planning, and execution of programs
  • Work with cross-functional partners and customers to deliver critical programs and initiatives which are sustainable and scalable across the broader Storage organization
  • Help drive and accelerate program delivery

Requirements For Technical Program Manager III, Site Reliability, Storage

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience with Cloud systems or Storage system architecture
  • Experience with system design with a tech or global company
