Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Integrated Planning
- Analyze forecast/demand signals to drive integration and improve visibility/accuracy of data for GSO labor planning
- Provide integrated plans, labor capacity models and lead cross-functional alignment to keep projects on schedule
- Support cross-functional program management and analysis ensuring sites are ready to support demand fluctuations, urgent customer needs, and more
- Leverage best practices and various approaches of data visualization and consolidation across systems to improve operational efficiency and supply chain visibility
- Use program management and analytics to simplify business flows and enable faster decision making as well as execution
Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Integrated Planning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program management
- Experience in driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption
- Experience with business intelligence solutions for data analysis, visualization, wire frames and supply chain planning KPIs
- Knowledge and experience with integrated planning solutions, sales and operations planning cycle management
- Excellent technical acumen and leadership across organizational and team boundaries
