Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Integrated Planning

  • Analyze forecast/demand signals to drive integration and improve visibility/accuracy of data for GSO labor planning
  • Provide integrated plans, labor capacity models and lead cross-functional alignment to keep projects on schedule
  • Support cross-functional program management and analysis ensuring sites are ready to support demand fluctuations, urgent customer needs, and more
  • Leverage best practices and various approaches of data visualization and consolidation across systems to improve operational efficiency and supply chain visibility
  • Use program management and analytics to simplify business flows and enable faster decision making as well as execution

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Integrated Planning

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience in driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption
  • Experience with business intelligence solutions for data analysis, visualization, wire frames and supply chain planning KPIs
  • Knowledge and experience with integrated planning solutions, sales and operations planning cycle management
  • Excellent technical acumen and leadership across organizational and team boundaries
