Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager Lead, Google Pixel
- Lead efforts across Pixel devices working on different devices with multiple user-insight needs from stakeholders
- Manage software projects and work with multiple teams on cross-functional initiatives
- Interface across engineering, product, and partners in hardware, software, and Carrier teams
- Remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress, identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations
- Understand research methods and strategies to apply correct user strategy to requirements
- Work with leads and partners to ensure hardware and software roadmaps have user representation
Requirements For Technical Program Manager Lead, Google Pixel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program management
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports
- Experience developing process
- Ability to organize teams, thoughts, and actions
- Ability to work through ambiguity to a detailed solution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English proficiency
