Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager Lead, Network Delivery Implementation

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic idea for the North America Network Delivery Implementation (NDI) Field Engineering organization
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize field engineering processes
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across various internal and external organizations
  • Identify, mentor, and develop high-potential engineers
  • Drive scalability, continuous improvement, and consistent delivery against SLAs

Requirements For Technical Program Manager Lead, Network Delivery Implementation

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of technical program management experience
  • 7 years of experience in leadership roles with direct reports
  • 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry (preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in a field engineering leadership role (preferred)
  • Knowledge of networking technologies, including IP/MPLS, optical transport, data center networking and operations, and wireless technologies
  • Ability to lead and inspire geographically dispersed teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking/planning skills
