Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Security Operations

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive security programs and operational procedures for cable landing stations
  • Lead vulnerability management processes, including identification, prioritization, and remediation
  • Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including management, law enforcement, and vendors
  • Provide security reports, conduct training, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Security Operations

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • 5 years of experience in cable planning and repair coordination in an network operations center/context
  • Master's degree in Security Management, International Relations, Intelligence Studies, or equivalent industry experience (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, CPP, PSP) (preferred)
  • 7 years of experience in security management, with 5 years of experience in critical infrastructure protection (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience managing complex security programs or projects (preferred)
  • Experience with crisis management, rapid incident response, government intelligence (preferred)
  • Knowledge of security regulations and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS) (preferred)
