- Collaborate within Google and industry on the subject matter domain of the respective organization

- Drive measurable program performance gains correlated to execution velocity
- Initiate and lead multiple organizations through pivots needed to address shifts in business trends and priorities
- Lead strategic planning framework for program portfolio including direct influence over resourcing decisions
Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Security Operations Products
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in program management
- 7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports
- 3 years of experience in engineering and technical leadership with people management
- 3 years of experience with cloud security
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects (preferred)
- 7 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
