Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

  • Navigate ambiguity to define requirements, align teams, and deliver programs from concept to closure
  • Manage dependencies and risks, implementing mitigation plans
  • Drive strategic planning and execution (e.g., roadmaps, projects, OKRs)
  • Coordinate projects across Networking, SRE partners, and development teams
  • Apply knowledge in Networking technologies (e.g., Load-balancing, DNS, MPLS, BGP)

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program management
  • Experience in delivery of infrastructure, software, and services projects
  • Experience with operational concepts (e.g., availability, SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets)
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Knowledge in Cloud networking and infrastructure systems
  • Excellent data analysis skills for insights and decision influence
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
