Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

  • Become a trusted advisor to decision makers providing valuable insights to the engineering teams, and influence product direction
  • Develop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations and tracking reports
  • Develop, build, and evolve insightful metrics with reliable supporting datasets
  • Provide strong quantitative analysis focus
  • Build positive relationships, and trust through strong on-time delivery of commitments

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience with ERP platform or related business system platform software development
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Experience working with internal product and engineering teams
  • Experience problem-solving across distributed, fast-paced and constantly changing environments
  • Ability to be an influential leader
