Description For Technical Program Manager, Supply Chain Analytics

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Supply Chain Analytics to join their team in Bengaluru. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics and supply chain operations, focusing on enabling efficient decision-making across Cloud Supply Chain Operations (CSCO). The position requires a blend of technical expertise and program management skills to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to improve data center readiness through data-driven decisions. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing analytics automation solutions across supply chain verticals, including Logistics, Procurement, and Order Management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics development, particularly in supply chain applications.

As part of Google's mission to solve problems for all, you'll contribute to building products that create opportunities globally. The role demands someone who can communicate effectively with both executives and engineers, managing technical tradeoffs while delivering clear insights through visualizations and analytics.

Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Supply Chain Analytics

  • Work with functional supply chain teams to understand data analytics requirements and develop solutions in an Agile approach
  • Work with functional POCs and Program Managers to update customers on completion times, discuss constraints and communicate progress
  • Support/Manage program developing dashboards/reports, what-if analysis, models, data pipeline management
  • Support Cloud Supply Chain and Data Organizations best practices by developing documentation, training and webinars
  • Implement process improvement initiatives to improve the CSCD operational model

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Supply Chain Analytics

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience managing projects in a technical/software engineering environment
  • Experience conveying complex data insights through visualizations
  • Experience in delivering complex software products
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to develop and implement analytics automation solutions
