Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Transport Infrastructure and Capacity Team
- Manage optical transport infrastructure and capacity delivery for the EMEA region
- Manage the delivery of network projects composed of metro/long-haul systems and fiber, leased wavelengths, circuit adds/moves/changes/disconnects, power, cross-connects, inside plant fiber
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple network projects with competing priorities, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project status
- Engage with external vendors for network build services and facilitate review and acceptance of vendor handover documentation
- Assist upstream planning, design, and acquisition teams in developing infrastructure requirements, priorities, and delivery date expectations

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in program or technical project management
- Experience with network infrastructure operations or builds (e.g., optical transport/networking, dark fibre, DWDM networks and deployment planning)
