Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Turbolaunch

  • Develop goals and strategy for the Turbolaunch tool
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop and manage a prioritized roadmap of Turbolaunch features
  • Review and provide input to engineering design documents Drive sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Ensure timely response to the Turbolaunch customer issues by coordinating with the Engineering team
  • Lead feature testing and User Acceptance Testing, Create and maintain tooling documentation, Send communications for feature releases
  • Share Program updates with stakeholders

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Turbolaunch

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage competing priorities without loss of efficiency
  • Excellent technical acumen skills
  • Excellent communication skills
