Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Turbolaunch
- Develop goals and strategy for the Turbolaunch tool
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop and manage a prioritized roadmap of Turbolaunch features
- Review and provide input to engineering design documents. Drive sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Ensure timely response to the Turbolaunch customer issues by coordinating with the Engineering team
- Lead feature testing and User Acceptance Testing. Create and maintain tooling documentation
Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Turbolaunch
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program management
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage engaging priorities without loss of efficiency
- Excellent technical acumen skills to assess engineering scope, define milestones and timelines
- Excellent communication skills with ability to prepare executive level communication
