Responsibilities For Technical Solutions Consultant, Customer Experience
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around data and tools access
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects
- Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to improve or develop new Google tools and products
- Collaborate with Consumer and Engineering teams to write complex code and implement tools
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers
Requirements For Technical Solutions Consultant, Customer Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in either system design or in one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.)
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers
- Knowledge of SQL/MySQL, and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands
- Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver and drive technical decisions
- Ability to travel to meet with specific partner and client stakeholders
- Strong technical leadership, project management, analytical problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
