Responsibilities For Technical Solutions Developer, Networking, Google Cloud
- Work with customers on their production deployments to resolve issues and achieve product readiness, availability, and scale
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Google Cloud's product technology and underlying architectures
- Act as consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders
- Work as part of a team of developers/consultants that globally ensure 24-hour customer support
- Understand customer issues, advocate for their needs with internal teams
Requirements For Technical Solutions Developer, Networking, Google Cloud
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs, and triaging technical issues
- Experience reading or debugging code with Java, C, C++, .NET, Python, Shell, Perl, or JavaScript
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (Load Balancing, Cloud Storage, Peering, TCP/IP, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic web technologies (HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP, etc.)
- System/network administrator level knowledge of Linux or Unix systems
