Technical Solutions Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Compute

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer for their Cloud Infrastructure Compute team. This role is crucial in helping companies, schools, and government organizations transition to Google products and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with experience in cloud technologies, system administration, and customer support.

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer issues related to Google Cloud Platform products. You'll need to develop a deep understanding of Google's product technology and architectures, allowing you to troubleshoot complex problems and build tools for faster diagnosis. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including engineering, sales, and customer organizations, to improve Google Cloud and resolve technical deployment obstacles.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience, along with 4 years of relevant experience in areas such as Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, Networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, or SAP. You should also have 4 years of coding experience in a general-purpose language or system design, as well as experience in troubleshooting and customer advocacy.
