Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer I to join their Infrastructure team. This role is crucial in supporting enterprise customers in their transition to Google Cloud products. The position requires a strong technical background with 6 years of coding experience and 4 years in customer support and troubleshooting.

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you'll be part of a global team providing 24/7 support to customers adopting Google Cloud. Your responsibilities will include debugging complex technical issues, suggesting code-level solutions, and driving product improvements through customer feedback. You'll work with various technologies including Python, Java, Go, and JavaScript, while handling infrastructure, networking, and cloud computing challenges.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with cloud services. You'll need to be proficient in technical analysis, customer advocacy, and have a deep understanding of web technologies. This position is based in Mexico City and requires Mexican citizenship due to local labor laws.   • 4 years of experience with 2 or more of: Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, Networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, SAP
  • Experience in any public cloud (GCP) services and infrastructure
  • Understanding of basic web technologies (HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP, etc.)
