Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer I to join their Infrastructure team. This role is crucial in supporting enterprise customers in their transition to Google Cloud products. The position requires a strong technical background with 6 years of coding experience and 4 years in customer support and troubleshooting.

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you'll be part of a global team providing 24/7 support to customers adopting Google Cloud. Your responsibilities will include debugging complex technical issues, suggesting code-level solutions, and driving product improvements through customer feedback. You'll work with various technologies including Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, and Kubernetes.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience, strong coding skills in languages like Java, Python, or Go, and experience with cloud computing platforms. You'll need excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in any public cloud (GCP) services and infrastructure
  • Understanding of basic web technologies (HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP, etc.)
