Technical Solutions Engineer I, Infrastructure, Google Cloud

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer I to join their Infrastructure team. This role is crucial in supporting enterprise customers in their journey to adopt and optimize Google Cloud solutions. The position requires a strong technical background with 6 years of coding experience and 4 years of customer support experience.

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you'll be part of a global team providing 24x7 support to customers transitioning to Google Cloud. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex technical issues, suggesting code-level resolutions, and driving product improvements through customer feedback. You'll work with various technologies including Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, and Kubernetes.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience, strong coding skills in languages like Java, Python, or Go, and experience with cloud computing platforms. You'll need excellent problem-solving abilities and strong customer service skills to advocate for customer needs and resolve technical incidents effectively.
