Responsibilities For Technical Solutions Engineer, Infrastructure, Serverless (English)
- Work with customers on their production Serverless deployments to resolve issues and achieve product readiness, availability, and scale
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Serverless product technology and underlying architectures
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, and determine root cause for customer-reported issues
- Build tools for faster diagnosis
- Consult with internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, customer organizations
- Work as part of a global team providing 24-hour customer support
- Understand customer issues and advocate for their needs with internal teams
- Drive production improvements
Requirements For Technical Solutions Engineer, Infrastructure, Serverless (English)
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience coding in a general purpose language or system design, troubleshooting/advocating for customers needs, and triaging technical issues
- 2 years of experience with two or more of: Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, Networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, SAP
- Ability to communicate in English fluently
- Experience debugging complex workload issues across large-scale, multi-node environments
- Experience with exploratory kernel debugging and performance analysis of containerized systems
- Experience working with any public cloud services and infrastructure
- Experience in Computer Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Load balancing, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic web technologies (HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP, etc.)
