Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join their global support team in Warsaw, Poland. This role combines technical expertise with customer advocacy, requiring proficiency in both English and German. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of helping customers successfully implement and optimize their Google Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities For Technical Solutions Engineer, Networking (English, German)

  • Work with customers on production deployments to resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot and determine root cause for customer-reported issues
  • Act as consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders
  • Work as part of a global team providing 24-hour customer support
  • Understand customer issues and advocate for their needs with internal teams

Requirements For Technical Solutions Engineer, Networking (English, German)

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in reading/debugging general purpose coding language and virtualization/orchestration frameworks
  • 4 years of experience in troubleshooting/advocating for customers' needs
  • Experience with Linux/Unix or Windows systems
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Understanding of basic web technologies (HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP)
  • Experience with Computer Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Load balancing)
