Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join their Security team in Warsaw. This role combines technical expertise with customer advocacy, requiring 4 years of experience in code reading, RDBMS, and troubleshooting SaaS products. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of software development, networking, and systems administration, helping global businesses succeed with Google Cloud products.

The position demands strong technical abilities in Python or C#, experience with various monitoring tools like Kibana and Grafana, and deep understanding of REST APIs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including web developers and systems administrators, supporting both regional and international customers. The role involves diagnosing complex technical issues, implementing new tools for efficiency, and acting as a subject-matter expert for various stakeholders.

Responsibilities For Technical Solutions Engineer, Security, Google Cloud

  • Diagnose and resolve customer problems, design and implement new operations, productivity and investigation tools
  • Act as a consultant and subject-matter-expert for stakeholders
  • Obtain and maintain an understanding of Google's product technology and software architectures
  • Work with multiple product and engineering teams on understanding ways to improve the product
  • Advocate for customers by representing their issues to Product Management and Software Engineering

Requirements For Technical Solutions Engineer, Security, Google Cloud

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience reading code (Python or C#)
  • 4 years of experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
  • 4 years of experience triaging SaaS products, related technologies (Pantheon, Kibana, Datadog, Grafana), and REST API's
  • 4 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs
  • Ability to work non-standard working hours, including weekends, as needed
