Google's gTech Ads Sellside team is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to lead the technical relationship management of major advertising clients and product partners. This role combines technical expertise with client relationship management, requiring fluency in both English and Mandarin. The position involves leading cross-functional teams, leveraging emerging technologies, and developing innovative solutions for advertising platforms.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business, where you'll be responsible for analyzing technical problems, optimizing workflows, and implementing solutions that scale to support millions of customers worldwide. Responsibilities For Technical Solutions Manager, Customer Experience, gTech Ads Sellside (English, Mandarin)

  • Analyze and resolve technical problems and roadblocks around data and tools access
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects
  • Work with Product Managers and Software Engineers to improve or develop new Google tools and products
  • Collaborate with Consumer and Engineering teams to write complex code and implement tools
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers

Requirements For Technical Solutions Manager, Customer Experience, gTech Ads Sellside (English, Mandarin)

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages
  • Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting
  • Experience with Data/SQL and web technologies
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently
  • Knowledge of SQL/MySQL, and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands
  • Ability to travel to meet with specific partner and client stakeholders
