Google's gTech division is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to join their Ads Sellside Customer Experience team. This role combines technical expertise with customer support, requiring candidates to troubleshoot complex problems and develop scalable solutions that impact millions of customers worldwide. Responsibilities For Technical Solutions Manager, gTech Ads Sellside, Customer Experience

  • Analyze and resolve technical problems and roadblocks around data and tools access
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to improve or develop new Google tools and products
  • Collaborate with Consumer and Engineering teams to write code and implement tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers

Requirements For Technical Solutions Manager, gTech Ads Sellside, Customer Experience

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages
  • Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting
  • Experience with Data/SQL and web technologies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SQL/MySQL, and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands
  • Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions
  • Strong technical leadership, project management, analytical problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
