Google is seeking a TPU Silicon Validation Engineer to join their Technical Infrastructure team. This role focuses on the development and validation of Tensor Processing Units (TPUs), Google's custom silicon solutions that power their direct-to-consumer products. The position involves working throughout the entire project lifecycle, from pre-silicon planning to end-of-life characterization.
The ideal candidate will work on test design, bring-up, triage, and debug of TPU subsystems, developing and executing test plans for functional and performance validation. They will collaborate closely with design, implementation, verification, and software teams to ensure proper ASIC test coverage and feature implementation.

The position comes with competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $127,000-$187,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering or computer science, with experience in ASIC validation and programming skills in Python or equivalent languages.
