The position offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $168,000-$252,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The final compensation package will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
As a UX Design Manager, you'll be expected to drive project priorities, manage resources, guide strategy development, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
