UX Program Manager

The role involves managing complex AI-focused initiatives, facilitating communication between cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. You'll work closely with UX Designers, Researchers, Content Strategists, Engineers, and Product Managers to drive innovation and create exceptional user experiences. The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $168,000 to $252,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

As a UX Program Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, leading meetings, managing stakeholder communications, and identifying process improvements.
