Responsibilities For Wafer Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer Staff

  • Lead and drive the high volume Wafer fabrication Manufacturing capability and scale-up for manufacturing
  • Coordinate and work closely with Device, Integration, Operation and Equipment team to deliver the fabrication capability
  • Review, propose, optimize, improve and implement various wafer fabrication processes for yield improvement
  • Create a data driven engineering culture through Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)

Requirements For Wafer Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer Staff

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optics, Physics, Material, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in process engineering and leadership in a volume production semiconductor wafer fabrication environment
  • Experience in a quality control or quality management role
  • Experience in Green Belt Six Sigma
  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field preferred
  • 4 years of experience in engineering management or 6 years of experience in semiconductor technology preferred
  • Experience with new product introduction life cycle preferred
  • Expertise in Optoelectronic Device Fabrication preferred
  • Ability to work flexibly to support wafer fabrication operations
