You will help learners with the knowledge and tools they need to advocate growth and accelerate customer success. You will build transformative learning experiences that drive enterprise adoption and leverage the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. You will be at the forefront of innovation, designing personalized, in-the-flow-of-work solutions that reach learners in the right moment.
As a Web Solutions Engineer in Learning and Development, you will work with subject matter experts to understand their needs and design solutions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to prototype, solicit, and incorporate feedback to refine requirements. Your responsibilities include coding, reviewing, testing, deploying, and monitoring scalable and reliable web solutions. You'll also build and look into Google solutions and tools to seamlessly integrate solutions that are reusable and extensible.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience in software development. You should have 6 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design, with expertise in front-end languages (e.g., JavaScript or TypeScript), backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, or C++), and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Preferred qualifications include experience in agile software development, creating prototypes, and design documents, as well as experience with third-party system integration, managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders, creating and delivering learning solutions, adding instrumentation to web applications and services, and coding in Python, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, PHP, Ruby, or Scala.
