SAP CRM Developers play a crucial role in designing, creating, testing, and documenting new and amended software components. They manage teams to ensure high-quality and consistent project delivery based on business requirements. The role involves contributing to long-living, maintainable, high-quality solutions and exercising considerable independence under general guidance from senior staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding business needs and offering cross-unit solutions
- Contributing to technological strategy and resolving conflicts
- Managing ICT services, programs, and project work
- Ensuring compliance with software development methodologies
- Leading and managing staff, including performance and well-being
- Developing staff capabilities through coaching and mentoring
- Assisting with business planning and strategy development
- Managing finances, contracts, and resources
- Monitoring work quality and reporting on performance
- Engaging with other agencies and service providers
- Encouraging innovation and leading change
The position requires:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a SAP Technical Analyst in large-scale Australian Public Sector environments
- Expertise in SAP CRM, ABAP, BRF+, UI, BOPF Framework, and/or SAP Social Services Module
- Strong technical skills and ability to contribute to long-term, high-quality solutions
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage teams effectively
- Australian citizenship and ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of two 12-month extensions, starting from December 2, 2024. The role offers the opportunity to work in multiple locations across Australia (ACT, QLD, VIC) and contribute to significant public sector projects.
