GoSourcing Pty Ltd is seeking Senior Developer(s) to support a Federal Government client in various office locations across Australia. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the Regulator's Digital ID technology solution. This critical role involves driving technical excellence in the development process, ensuring high standards of functionality, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design solutions
- Participate in planning and prioritizing work while adhering to technical standards
- Write testable and maintainable code
- Conduct analysis and provide technical feedback on issues
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and coding standards
- Focus on process automation for deployment and release
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
The ideal candidate will have:
- Expertise in system design, solution architecture, and software design principles
- Experience with API design and maintenance, preferably with OAuth and OpenID Connect
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IoC) technology, preferably on Azure
- Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker
- Skills in designing web front ends using JavaScript frameworks, particularly React
- Proficiency in back-end systems using C# with .NET framework on Azure
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of automated testing and deployment technologies
- Skills in observability and monitoring of software systems
Additional Requirements:
- Australian citizenship
- Ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Software Development (highly desirable)
- Industry accreditations such as PRINCE2, TOGAF, ITIL, or Microsoft Azure certifications (highly desirable)
