GoSourcing is seeking a Senior Test Engineer (APS 6 level) to support one of their Federal Government Department clients. The role involves ensuring ICT solutions improve quality, performance, architectural and functional requirements, and are fit for business purpose. Senior Test Engineers work under limited direction, exercising initiative and judgment in policy interpretation and procedure application.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and executing complex test cases
- Reviewing test cases and developing test plans
- Applying in-depth technical analysis in designing and executing tests
- Recording and analyzing test results
- Contributing to team improvement initiatives
- Identifying and documenting defects and programming errors
- Managing a small team and developing staff capabilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders and providing advice to external software vendors
The role requires:
- Experience with SAP CRM
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tester in large scale Australian Public Sector environment
- Relevant professional qualifications and accreditations
- Australian citizenship and ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance

- Initial duration: 12 months
