GoSourcing is seeking a Test Engineer (APS5) to support one of their Federal Government Department clients in Brisbane, Canberra, or Melbourne. The role involves executing test cases, developing test plans, analyzing results, and contributing to team improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include executing assigned test cases, developing test plans and cases, analyzing and reporting on test activities, contributing to team improvement initiatives, identifying and documenting defects, conducting testing to ensure ICT service functions as per requirements, creating test data, accurately recording time and effort, allocating work to team members, providing assistance to less experienced testers, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing advice to external software vendors. The ideal candidate should have experience with SAP CRM and prior experience in a similar role for an organization of comparable size and complexity to a Federal Government Department. Professional qualifications and skills relevant to the position are required. The contract is initially for 12 months with the possibility of two 12-month extensions. Candidates must be Australian citizens and able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
