Lead Software Engineer - Transport

GoTo Group, Southeast Asia's largest digital ecosystem, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for their Transport team. This role is based in Bengaluru and is part of a diverse team of 100+ members spread across Jakarta, Bangalore, Singapore, and Vietnam. The position focuses on leading Android application development for GoTo's critical transport services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for raising the bar for engineering excellence and establishing practices for product evolution. You'll be working on one of Southeast Asia's leading ride-hailing businesses, developing and optimizing Android applications that serve millions of users. The role requires strong technical leadership skills and the ability to balance product delivery speed with quality.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable solutions, working closely with product management to define roadmaps, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
