Senior Software Engineer - Scala and Kafka

This role focuses on building and maintaining stream-processing components for their data publication platform. The stream team consists of 5 experienced developers working in an informal and enthusiastic scrum environment. You'll be responsible for combining worldwide sports data into a unified product in real-time, serving billions of requests daily to hundreds of millions of devices globally. Their impressive client roster includes tech giants like Apple, Twitter, Google, Spotify, and major automotive manufacturers.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Scala or JVM languages, stream-processing technologies, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
