Description For Pre-Sales Engineer

Gradle Inc. is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join their remote-first team, focusing on helping customers optimize developer productivity through improved software build and testing processes. As one of the original remote-first organizations founded in 2008, Gradle is the company behind the widely-used Gradle Build Tool and Develocity, their commercial product used by major tech companies like LinkedIn, Google, and Netflix.

The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of sales and technical implementation, serving as a crucial link between customers and Gradle's solutions. The position offers significant growth opportunities in a fast-growing product space, with the chance to work with cutting-edge DPE tools and practices. Gradle provides a comprehensive benefits package including learning and development opportunities, flexible remote work, and competitive compensation with equity. The company maintains a strong focus on diversity and inclusion, welcoming people from all backgrounds to contribute to their global team spanning 27 countries.

Working at Gradle means joining a team that's deeply connected despite being globally distributed, where your contributions will directly impact some of the world's leading software organizations.
