Business Applications Engineer

With over 20 million users globally and serving 3,000+ enterprise customers including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay, Grafana Labs is at the forefront of monitoring and observability technology.

The Business Applications team plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences for both customers and staff. You'll be working on critical systems including the billing engine, customer provisioning automation, cloud marketplace integrations, and the customer portal. The tech stack includes Go, React, and proprietary libraries, offering a modern development environment.

As a Business Applications Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to influence the product roadmap while working in an open-source culture that values autonomy and collaboration.
